A sweet and savoury vinaigrette. Makes 3/4 cup. Keeps in fridge for 1 week.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fig vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
Directions:
1. 1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk.
