Fiesta Chicken Legs for the Crock Pot

Ingredients:
3 -5 lbs chicken legs
1 (12 ounce) can rotel
1 dash red wine vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups rice (uncooked)
water
Directions:
1. Put chicken, rotel, vinegar, and onion in crock pot on low and cook for about 8 hours.
2. Drain the juice from the crock pot and use to cook rice.
3. Add additional water if needed.
4. Serve and enjoy!
