Fiesta Beef Rib Eye Steaks

Ingredients:
1 cup salsa, chunky
2 lbs beef, rib eye steak, broiled
2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
1/2 cup cheese, monterey jack, shredded
8 flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Sprinkle 3/4-inch thick beef steaks with lime juice. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill steaks, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes formedium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
2. Top steaks with cheese. Serve with tortillas and salsa.
