Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup sour milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups ground flax seeds
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 1/2 cups natural bran
1 cup oat bran
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Blend first six ingredients well. Set aside.
2. Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add wet mixture to dry, mixing just until blended.
4. Fill 30-36 muffin tins 3/4 full and bake 20-25 minutes.
