Ingredients:
120 ml low-fat caramel yogurt
150 ml buttermilk
8 dates, coarsely chopped
2 frozen bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons natural bran
2 -3 crushed ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt and buttermilk in a blender.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Chef's tip: This smoothie is quite thick, so if you prefer it thinner, add extra milk!
4. Try this smoothie instead of cereal for breakfast.
