Fiberific Fake Fried Chicken Strips (Hungry Girl Recipe)

This is from the Hungry Girl book... very easy chicken strip recipe. Goes great with some steak fries baked in the oven.
Ingredients:
0.91 lb boneless skinless chicken cutlets, usda grade a
1/2 c fiber one cereal, original
1/4 c egg beaters egg whites
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Put egg beaters in one bowl and set aside
2. Grind up the fiber one cereal in your blender and put into a clean bowl
3. Add the garlic salt, pepper and any other seasoning you desire to the mixture
4. Dip chicken pieces into the egg whites and then put into the bowl of fiber one and coat with the mixture
5. Place strips on a nonstick pan
6. Spray the tops of the strips lightly with Pam
7. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 degrees
8. Spray strips again with Pam and flip
9. Bake another 7-10 minutes
