Ingredients:
1 mission carb balance tortilla
1/4 cup(s) pinto beans
2 tablespoon(s) salsa
2 tablespoon(s) shredded cheese optional
Directions:
1. Warm up the tortilla in a pan on medium heat.
2. Mash the pinto beans and salsa together in a dish.
3. Spread the mashed beans over half of the tortilla, add cheese if desired, and fold the tortilla in half.
4. Continue to heat in the pan until desired temperature and crunch is reached.
5. Sit back and enjoy a delicious, healthy, fibertastic Fiberdilla!
