Fettucine In Creamy Mushroom And Sage Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Saute garlic and shallots until transparent.
  6. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  7. Mix in cream and sage.
  8. Cook and stir until thickened.
  9. Toss sauce with cooked fettucine.
  10. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
