Fettuccine With Tuna and Peas

Easy fettuccine dish that is yummy! I always put in at least a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice because I love lemon juice in this! I also put a couple ladles full of the cooked pasta water to loosen the tuna sauce a little. Add extra salt and pepper to your taste at the table!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 1/2 ounces tuna in olive oil, undrained
1 cup peas
1 lb fettuccine, dried
2 tablespoons parsley
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Put butter and olive oil in skillet.
2. Add tuna, parsley, lemon juice, frozen peas and salt and pepper to your liking.
3. Heat thoroughly on medium.
4. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
5. Put cooked pasta in bowl and top with the tuna mixture and mix thoroughly.
6. Serve immediately.
