A simple quick appetizer or dessert. Serves 16-20 appetizers or 8-10 desserts.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 teaspoons black peppercorns
1 lb feta cheese, cut into slices
1/3 cup honey
Directions:
1. With a mortar and pestle or with the bottom of a heavy skillet, coarsely crack peppercorns.
2. Pat feta dry and put on a platter.
3. In a measuring cup stir together pepper and honey and pour over feta.
