Ingredients:
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup chopped spinach, fresh or frozen (if frozen, thawed and drained)
1 tablespoon minced onion
Directions:
1. In a large bowl blend sour cream, cream cheese, and yogurt.
2. Add the feta cheese, olive oil, and onions.
3. Fold in the spinach.
4. The mixture should be chunky.
5. Chill for several hours.
