Fennel, Raisin, Walnut, Whole Wheat Muffins.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup natural bran
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
1 1/4 cups apple juice
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons canola oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingrediants in on bowl and liquid in another.
3. Combine the dry into the wet and mix.
4. If the mixture seems to runny wait a minute or two and if still to runny add a little bit more bran.
5. Spoon into muffin tins and and place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
6. This recipe makes 6 Large Muffins.
