Ingredients:
1/3 cup thinly sliced fennel bulb
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 -1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 -1 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup pitted green olives, sliced
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix fennel, onions, oil and vinegar; add goat cheese and olives and toss.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving time.
