Fennel and Mushroom Salad

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
1/4 cup lemon juice
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Whisk olive oil, garlic, tarragon and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
2. Add the mushrooms and fennel bulb and toss to combine.
3. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
