Ingredients:
mixed baby field greens
baby spinach
broccoli sprouts
finely sliced red onion
died berry blend (blueberries, cherries, cranberries)
chopped walnuts
reduced-fat feta cheese crumbles
extra virgin olive oil
lemon wedges
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix greens and baby spinach.
2. Layer ingredients as you see fit. Go easy on the nuts, heavy on the sprouts, and moderate on the cheese and berries for best benefits.
