Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
2 tbs. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 salt
1 tbs. baking powder
Directions:
1. Saperate Eggs
2. Combine buttermilk and egg yolks in bowl and beat until foamy.
3. combine the dry ingredients: wheat flour, baking powder and salt
4. Add remaining ingredients, except egg whites, stir till smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into batter. Might need a little more buttermilk. If its to thick add more buttermilk ( I used lite buttermilk)
