Eat this slowly while you are watching tv or reading, good chewing is important for proper digestion and absorbtion of nutrients. And besides its super yummy, and good for you! This is from Raw Food, Real World. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
6 cups mixed greens
2 cups mixed sprouts (such as sunflower)
2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 cup mint, chopped
3/4 cup basil leaves, chopped or torn
2 medium lemons, o cut in half, crosswise
3 limes, cut in half, crosswise
1/3 cup macadamia nut oil (or walnut oil)
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, chopped
2/3 cup dehydrated almonds (or other dehydrated nuts)
1/2 cup dried currant
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup dulse seaweed, picked over to remove any shells, torn into pieces
Directions:
1. Seperate all of the ingredients by half, into two bowls, squeeze the cirtus juice from the lemons and limes over the greens, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with sea salt and toss to combine! Easy as pie! Or - salad!
