Tossed salad (add chopped hot banana peppers, if desired).
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups spinach, chopped
1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup red cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped onion
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with fat free dressing.
