Favorite Slow-Cooker Meatloaf (Ww)

From Weight Watchers All-Time Favorites which I borrowed from my friend's daughter, Alex. Don't want to lose this. This is 4 points a serving. The meatloaf is said to serve 8.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef meatloaf mixture
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded, chopped
1 egg white
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cover a wire rack small enough to fit in the slow cooker with foil; spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine the meatloaf mix, onion, bell pepper, egg white, a 1/4 cup of the ketchup, bread crumbs, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix well.
3. Shape meat into a 5 X 9 inch loaf.
4. Place meat on the rack of a 5-6 quart slow cooker.
5. Spread the remaining ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
6. Cook, covered until an instant read thermometer registers 160 degrees F. 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
7. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 8 slices.
