Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
2. Add milk, eggs, and oil.
3. Beat for 1 minute.
4. Pour into greased (or paper lined) muffin tins.
5. Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes.
