Fat Free Whole Wheat Vegan Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons splenda granular (or sugar)
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 2/3 non-fat soymilk
3 teaspoons egg substitute, mixed with 4 tbls. water
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Combine wet ingredients.
3. Mix them together gently.
4. Cook over medium heat.
5. Makes 5 large pancakes.
