Fat Free Veggie Soup to Die For!

Yummy veggie soup with not so typical veggies!
Ingredients:
4 cups vegetable broth
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
3 cups cabbage, chopped
1 1/2 cups zucchini, chopped
1 cup squash, chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
1. Spray a large pot with cooking spray and cook garlic, onion, and celery for about 5 minutes just into crisp tender. Stir constantly.
2. Add vegetable broth, cabbage, basil, and oregano. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Add zucchini and squash and simmer 5 more minutes.
4. Serve hot!
