Fat-Free Sugar-Free Quick Apple Butter

I have not tried this recipe. I'm posting this recipe for safe keeping. I got this recipe from Big Oven.
Ingredients:
42 ounces unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon allspice
12 ounces frozen apple juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
6 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients in blender until smooth (I do it in two batches). Place in heavy, large pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover with lid ajar and cook 1 hour and 20 minutes. Stir every once in a while.
2. Cool and store in refrigerator. Will turn darker as it cooks. Ymmmm GREAT on rice cakes for a quick treat!
