i was looking for a healthier way to spend the holidays this year so i got this on the internet, and they are yummy!
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 large egg whites
1/3 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup raisins
fat free nonstick cooking spray (or whatever you choose to grease the pan)
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda,.
2. salt, and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until all.
3. ingredients are moistened (Dough will be thick.).
4. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet sprayed with.
5. cooking spray (or whatever). Bake at 350F (180C) for eight to ten.
6. minutes or just until set. Do not overbake (or they'll turn into.
7. hockey pucks). Cool five minutes on baking sheet (at which point.
