Wonderful remake of black bean dip, making it low fat, low calorie and tasty! Great for dipping veggies, adding to wraps , Weight Watcher approved. 1/4 cup is only 1 point!
Ingredients:
1 15 ounce can of black beans-drained
1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup salsa--mild or hot
1/4 tsp of cumin
2 tbs. of fresh cilantro-to taste
1 clove of garlic --minced
1/2 red onlon --minced
Directions:
1. In a food processor add beans, cumin, cilantro, garlic and onion.
2. Process until smooth
3. Pour mixture in bowl, add yogurt and salsa...mix well.
4. Refrigerate for several hours.
5. Serve as dip for vegetables.
6. Or serve with wraps...delicious either way.
