This is based on 10 slices of the Banana Loaf cut in half again. For one whole slice double calories. :(
Ingredients:
5 bananas
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 175C
2. Mash Bananas
3. Add sugar, vanilla and water - mix until creamy
4. In separate bowl add flour, cinnamon and baking powder and soda.
5. Add dry mix to wet mix.
6. Stir until only just mixed (Too much mixing will result in dry cake)
7. Pour into greased loaf tin.
8. Bake for 1 hour.
