Fast No Knead Whole Wheat Bread

Nice and easy no knead wheat bread. Great taste.
Ingredients:
2c whole wheat flour
1/2c whole rye flour
1/2c coarse cornmeal
1tsp instant yeast
11/2tsp salt
oil as needed
Directions:
1. Combine flours,cornmeal,yeast and salt in large bowl.. Add 11/2c water and stir till blended;dough will be shaggy. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let dough rest about 4 hours at warm room temperature,about 70 degrees.
2. oil a standard loaf pan(8or9 x4 ;non-stick works well.)Lightly oil your hands and shape dough into a rough rectangle. Put it in pan,pressing out to the edges. Brush top with a little more oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour more.
3. Preheat oven to 350. Bake bread about 45 mins or till loaf reaches internal temp. of 210 degrees. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
