These are fast and easy breakfast bars. High in fiber.
Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried coconut
1/2 cup flax seed
14 ounces condensed milk
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 250. Heat condensed milk on the stove. Mix all ingredients together. Once milk is warm add to the dry ingredients. Press into a 9X13 pan and bake for 1 hour.
