1 15-oz can garbanzo or kidney beans (or one of each) |
1 small head cabbage, diced |
3 garlic (diced or smashed, or substitute 1 tablespoon garlic mash from jar) |
3 cups v8 |
1 large onion, diced, sauteed (optional) |
1 bag frozen vegetables (optional - i like corn) |
1/2 cup rice (optional, leave out to reduce carb load) |
water to taste, more needed if rice added |
