You can't get a quicker weeknight meal. Super easy and tasty.
Ingredients:
4 frozen fish fillets (i like talapia)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
to taste seafood seasoning
4 lemon wedges
Directions:
1. Heat skillet over medium heat.
2. Melt butter and oil in pan.
3. Sprinkle seafood seasoning to taste on both sides of fillets.
4. Fry on both sides until done (about 3 minutes per side but depends on thickness of fillet).
