When I have all of these ingredients, this is my favorite kind of sandwich to make. It's very filling and satisfying.
Ingredients:
2 slices of your favorite vegan bread
1/2 of a medium avocado
5 sun-dried tomatoes, pieces
2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
1 slice vegan cheddar cheese
1 slice red onion
bean sprouts
Directions:
1. Toast your bread.
2. Apply everything to the sandwich, it's not rocket science.
