Ingredients:
1 large onion (chopped)
2 bell peppers (sliced)
3 large carrots (chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 chicken breasts (sliced)
1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:
1. 1st cook the chicken thoroughly in a large frying pan, then add the chopped onion into the pan. next add, the carrots add olive oil cook all until vegetables are browned. Serve will soy sauce!
