1. Bake brownies per instructions and cool. Spread with marshmellow cream. Melt in suacepan on low the peanut butter and milk choc chips. Add rice crispies and mix. Spread as next layer on brownies. Top with festive sprinkles for the occasion and to add color! Enjoy!
