This is a warm and creamy rich pumpkin drink that taste like a StarbucksĀ® pumpkin Latte but with NO caffeine so it is very kid friendly or great at the mid day office Holiday party.
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 quart milk
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large saucepan over medium heat. Use a whisk to blend well. Heat to a simmer; do not boil.
