In ramadan, I like to try many things new, for my family. flafel is an arabic dish. it is like veg burger but nicer than it.. today I make falafel but with samoosa sheet.. the ingrediant of falafel is beans, chickbeas. herbs and seasoning..I hope you like it....
Ingredients:
26 samosas
14 falafel
1 red pepper
2 onions
1 tomato
4 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried chili
3 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup oil
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup cream
Directions:
1. Chop the veg, then fry it in olive oil.
2. Crumble the falafel, add to the veg. mix it well.
3. Seasoning by cumin, chlli and salt.
4. Add the cream, mix it well.
5. Remove from the fire, add the cheese and mix well.
6. Put the stuff on the sammosa sheet and roll it.
7. Heat the oil, brawn the rolls in oil.
