Always hit the spot! Great on a bun, as a side or on a salad!
Ingredients:
4 portabella mushroom caps
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions:
1. Pour soy sauce on portobellas.
2. Sprinkle with garlic.
3. Grill or cook in a pan with a little oil.
4. Enjoy!
5. (You can add a little crushed red pepper too for a little heat!).
