EZ Meatloaf

This meat loaf, using dry stuffing mix, is a favorite with everyone. I freeze half of it for a quick meal later. Great for sandwiches, too.
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 onion, chopped
1 (28 ounce) jar pasta sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, dry bread stuffing mix, eggs, water and onion. Mix thoroughly.
3. Shape into 2 small loaves, or 1 large loaf. Put into a 9x13 inch baking dish and cover with pasta sauce.
4. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
