Extra Peanuts Peanut Butter Cookies

To all you peanut lovers and those who need extra protein for their diet without splurging, this cookie will satisfy your sweet tooth. Made with Rye flour and extra peanuts with chunky peanut butter. yummmmm!
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
7 splenda quick packs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup rye flour (wheat will do)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup peanuts
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350- degrees.
2. 2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
3. 3. Mix well.
4. 4. Shape dough or scoop with a cookie scooper so that each cookies stays the same size.
5. 5. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
6. 6. Press balls flat with fork.
7. 7. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
8. 8. Cookies should not be too brown.
9. 9. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheet for one minute, then remove to wire rack.
