Excellent Guacamole Dip

This is amazing guacamole and I've kept the serving size down for those who want to make some for only two, but in truth if I only made this much I likely wouldn't get any, because my family eats it like they've never had a meal before! Read more ! This is an excellent Superbowl dip.
Ingredients:
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced (for hot and spicy mole, leave seeds in)
2 slices of bacon
1 avocado, very ripe
2 tbs. fresh onion, minced (i use red onion, but you can use your favorite kind)
1 small tomato, minced
1 tbs. lime juice (or the juice of half a lime)
1 tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Cook bacon, and set aside to cool.
2. Saute jalapeno in bacon drippings, drain well.
3. Meanwhile, slice avocado in half, remove pit, scoop out the flesh, and put it into a mixing bowl.
4. Mash avocado to your consistency liking.
5. Stir in onion, tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro, salt and garlic.
6. Crumble bacon.
7. Stir both the bacon and well drained jalapenos into the mole.
8. Cover and refrigerate, or you can even serve it now at room temperature.
9. Makes about one cup.
