Ingredients:
1 cup soy protein
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup oat bran
1 cup ground flax seed
5 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole almonds
1 cup sweetened coconut
1 cup all bran cereal
1 cup walnuts
1 cup molasses
1/2 cup canola oil
2 cups raisins
1 cup dried guava
2 cups dried apples
1 cup dried prunes
1 cup dried apricots
1 teaspoon vanilla
