A delicious cookie with a healthy alternative of applesauce instead of butter and oil.
Ingredients:
1 cup applesauce
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup oats
1 cup sweetened coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup all-bran cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and drop onto light greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350.
