Everyone's Favorite Chicken Salad

A wonderful dish for company or events. It's always the first dish to go. I haven't met anyone who did not love this. I've shared this recipe with all my friends. It's quick and easy, even better after 24 hours. I make this when I'm having weekend company, as everyone can head to the fridge and help themselves.
Ingredients:
chicken breast, from 2 chickens
16 ounces broccoli, slaw or 16 ounces regular coleslaw
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, sliced in half
1 cup diced granny smith apple, with peeling
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup pecans
1 (12 ounce) bottle breanna's poppy seed dressing
creole seasoning, to taste. (optional)
Directions:
1. Cook boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cube.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Chill overnight for best flavor.
4. Serve with your favorite snack crackers, or stuff in tomatoes.
5. Enjoy.
