2 tablespoons clarified butter (nitir kebe) |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (mitimita) |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (korerima) |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Preparation:. 2. In a bowl, flake the cheese with forks. 3.
