  1. Line 13x9x2 inch baking pan with foil; grease foil. Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat stirring constantly. Cool mixture to room temperature.
  2. Meanwhile, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, espresso powder, coffee liquer, and vanilla with electric mixer until well combined. Beat in cooled chocolate mixture. Add flour mixture. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until top appears set and dry. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cool in pan on a wire rack.
