Erma's To-die-for Fruit & Veggie Salad

I'm visiting a friend here in SoCal these days & she has been serving me this wonderful salad that I just have to share with you. It is so easy & quick to prepare because most of the ingredients are store-bought pre-prepared items yet the outcome is oh-so-delicious. Read more . You would want to have it or serve it to loved ones all the time!
Ingredients:
a bag of spring mix (a bag of specialty greens & baby lettuces)
a handful of sliced or slivered raw almonds
a handful of dried cranberries
1/4 cup feta or goat cheese
1/2 cup chunks of pineapple
1/2 cup chunks of melon
1/2 cup chunks of ripe mango
a small sachet of white balsamic vinaigrette
a handful of steammed shrimp (optional)
Directions:
1. Toss greens, Almonds, dried Cranberries, & cheese with Vinagrette until just combined. Set aside.
2. Mix fruits together then put on top of the greens. Serve with a big smile. B-)
