Erin's classic loaf. It's loafin' good!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Put bananas, eggs, and melted margarine in blender.
2. When mixed well, add to dry ingredients and mix well with fork.
3. Grease pan and bake at 250°F until toothpick comes clean (about one hour and twenty minutes).
