Protein Cookies that don't use flour!
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups rolled oats
3 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup almonds
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 egg whites
1/2 cup smart balance omega plus
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 18 minutes.
