Directions:
1. Sauté the sirloins in butter to the taste of the diners. 2. Remove the sirloins and place on serving dishes. 3. In the same pan add a little more butter, anchovies, olives, and tarragon. 4. Sauté until well mixed. 5. Pour an equal amount of the sauce over each sirloin and serve. |
