Entenmann's Chocolate Chip Cookies |

My family loves these cookies and all of a sudden they do not sell them here anymore. I found this copycat recipe at recipegoldmine. I am not sure they are exactly like Entenman's but they are really good! Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup corn oil margarine, softened |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 egg, beaten |
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
2. In a large bowl add sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and honey and beat until creamy. Add egg, mix, then add flour mixture and mix until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto baking sheet.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes.
