I make this every year for Christmas & it disappears in a flash. So easy to make!! Enjoy!! Prep/servings approximate. Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1 cup butter |
1 tablespoon corn syrup |
3 tablespoons water |
3/4 cup pecans, chopped |
4 hershey bars |
Directions:
1. Cook all ingredients except pecans& chocolate until mixture reaches a temperature of 300 degrees.
2. Butter a cookie sheet& sprinkle with pecans.
3. Pour cooked mixture over this& let cool.
4. Melt chocolate bars and spread over cooled mixture.
5. When chocolate is set, break into pieces.
